Frequently Asked Questions

1. Q.....how do i know if the area is big enough for castle?

A......Please allow for the size of the bouncy castle plus 2 ft either side and allow 5 feet to the rear of the castle for the blower unit and 3 feet to the front for access.

2. The ground area must be at a reasonable level

3. Access must be at least the width of a door for use to get the castle to the specified area.

4. Electric mains should be within 25 metres of back of the castle or you may be charged for additionalextension cables.

5. If you wish for the castle to be inside, then please make sure the room as sufficient height for the castle to fit. if it dos not fit you will be charged for the hire as its up to you to make sure it fits.

6. If the weather conditions are really bad then we have the right to cancel your order as these conditions are not suitable and safe for us to hire to you.

7.Q....what happens the day of the hire?

A.....we will deliver anytime from 8am to 11:30am or an agreed time that we agreed upon.

8. when do i pay?

Payment is on delivery unless you have already paid in full prior to delivery.

9. when is collection?

we start collections at 6pm unless you wanted over night at the agreed over night charge of £20 on all castles and £30 on our inflatable night club. for this option gardens must be secure.

10. If there is any damage to any of our equipment you will be billed for the repair cost.

11 Q..... How much is it for 2hrs, 4,hrs?

A...... The price of the item you want is still the same price for 2hrs as it is for the day.
